Terms and Conditions

1.	The advertisement matter will be published in our site within 24 hrs after receiving the same at our office at cochin ,if no holiday falls in between.
2.	The validity of this advertisement will be for a period of three months from the date of publishing in our website.On request it can be extended further for which an additional service charge of 50% of the actual amount will be collected.
3.	If the buyer/seller locates a party directly from the website they themselves can finialize the deal.
4.	If keralarealestate.net.in arranges the buyer/seller ,buyer has to pay 1% and seller has to pay 2% towards the service charges.
5.	All disputes will be settled under the Ernakulam Legal Jurisdiction. 6.All payment by Cheque/DD in favour of updateindia, cochin only.
